Hyver ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. We are committed to safeguarding corporate workspace databases, employee profile information, and contractor payroll records through high-grade ledger encryptions and strict operational controls.
We collect corporate registration data, banking routing codes for payroll disbursements, tax withholding credentials, project task logs, customer list details in CRM, employee directory sync profiles (e.g., Slack directory data), and timesheet check-in details.
Your workspace information is used exclusively to operate your SaaS modules. Specifically: to process ACH bank transfers, compile federal tax withholding forms, visualize CRM sales activity, track projects, and compute timesheets for payroll runs. We do not sell or lease corporate information to third-party advertisers.
We share information with federal and state tax agencies, banking entities handling deposits, and direct contractor clearing networks as necessary to run payroll. All transfers are carried out over industry-standard secure transfer protocols.
We deploy AES-256 database encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 data channels in transit, and multi-factor authentication enforcement. Sensitive banking records and social security numbers (SSNs) are fully obfuscated using custom cryptographic tokens.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of employee profile data in your workspace. Admins can control individual permissions and delete metadata archives directly from the central workspace setting dashboard.
